These Terms of Service govern your use of veilmarkeditions.com and purchases made from Veilmark Editions. By accessing the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the policies made available through the store.
STORE USE
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, misuse contact forms or use the store for fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and payment information. Veilmark Editions is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied during checkout.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Veilmark Editions sells digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
The product page describes the included format, language and edition. Customers should review these details and any compatibility requirements before purchasing.
Digital access is normally provided after successful payment confirmation. Security checks, payment authorization or technical issues may occasionally delay delivery.
PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
Customers may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share purchased files.
• Upload the files to public or private sharing platforms.
• Reproduce or publish substantial portions of the products.
• Remove copyright, attribution or rights-management information.
• Use the products to create competing publications or commercial databases.
All intellectual-property rights remain with Veilmark Editions or the applicable rights holder.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Veilmark Editions publications are educational references concerning persuasion, influence, negotiation and human behavior.
They do not constitute psychological, medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. They are not a substitute for qualified professional support and do not guarantee a particular personal, professional or commercial result.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and applicable charges are displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before digital access is provided.
Veilmark Editions may correct obvious pricing, description or technical errors. If an order affected by such an error cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any collected payment will be refunded.
ORDERS
We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, fulfilment would be unlawful or a clear technical or pricing error has occurred.
Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be returned to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy available on the store. Any voluntary commercial guarantee is additional to mandatory consumer rights.
DOWNLOAD AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
If a download link is missing, expired, corrupted or linked to the wrong product, language or edition, contact support@veilmarkeditions.com with the order number and checkout email address.
We will provide a replacement link or another appropriate remedy.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email and digital delivery. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
AVAILABILITY
