REFUND POLICY

Veilmark Editions offers a voluntary 30-day refund guarantee on eligible digital purchases.

To request a refund, contact support@veilmarkeditions.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so that we can locate your purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our products are delivered digitally. If a download link is missing, expired, corrupted or connected to the wrong language or edition, contact us. We will provide a working replacement file or another appropriate remedy.

REFUND PROCESS

When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and is outside our direct control.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with the relevant order numbers. Verified duplicate purchases are eligible for review and refund.

FRAUD AND ABUSE

Veilmark Editions may review requests involving suspected fraud, repeated duplicate claims, chargeback abuse or misuse of digital files. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

DIGITAL CONTENT AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, information about immediate digital delivery and any effect of the customer’s consent on that right will be presented during checkout.

Our voluntary 30-day guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
