DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Veilmark Editions sells digital publications. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.

DELIVERY

After successful payment confirmation, access to the purchased digital product is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery is normally initiated shortly after payment. Payment authorization, fraud-prevention checks, technical problems or an incorrect email address may cause a delay.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout.

Before purchasing, customers should review the product page to confirm the included language, format, edition and any stated compatibility requirements.

MISSING DOWNLOAD

If you do not receive your download email:

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

• Confirm that you are checking the email address used during checkout.

• Allow reasonable time for payment confirmation and automated delivery.

If the email is still missing, contact support@veilmarkeditions.com and provide your order number and checkout email address.

EXPIRED OR BROKEN LINKS

If a download link has expired, does not work or points to the wrong product, language or edition, contact us. We will verify the order and provide a replacement link or another appropriate remedy.

FILE COMPATIBILITY

Product pages identify the formats included with each purchase. Customers are responsible for using compatible software and devices.

If a supplied file is corrupted or does not match the format described on the product page, contact us for assistance.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Access is provided for the purchaser’s personal use and is subject to the Terms of Service. Purchased files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded or shared with others.
